Refund & Replacement Policy
Effective Date: October 24, 2025
Prescription Products – All Sales Final
Due to federal and state pharmacy regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned, refunded, or resold once they have been dispensed by a licensed pharmacy.
For this reason, all sales of prescription products through Mevo Health are final.
This applies to:
- Compounded medications
- GLP-1 products (e.g., Semaglutide, Tirzepatide)
- Injectable medications
- Any prescription item shipped by a partner pharmacy
This policy protects patient safety and complies with FDA and state Board of Pharmacy requirements.
If There Is an Issue With Your Order
If you believe:
- Your medication was filled incorrectly
- You received the wrong item
- There was a dispensing error
- Your package arrived significantly damaged
Please contact care@mevohealth.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with the dispensing pharmacy to investigate and resolve the issue.
Depending on the situation, the pharmacy may issue a replacement at no cost—or provide next steps based on state law and clinical requirements.
Note: Mevo Health cannot authorize refunds for prescription products but will coordinate with the pharmacy to ensure accuracy, safety, and fairness.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, please:
- Verify the shipping address on your order
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
- Notify us at care@mevohealth.com
We will assist you in filing a carrier claim, but replacements for stolen or misdelivered packages may not be available, as pharmacies cannot reship prescription medications without provider approval and legal review.
Non-Prescription Items
Non-prescription products (if offered) may be eligible for returns or refunds only if unopened, unused, and returned within 14 days.
Contact us for return authorization before shipping anything back.
Provider Decisions & Medical Fees
Clinical service fees, including but not limited to:
- Medical intake fees
- Consultation fees
- Provider assessments
- Fees associated with prescription review
are non-refundable, even if a prescription is not approved, as payment covers the clinician’s time and evaluation.
Subscription or Membership Plans
For patients enrolled in subscription, membership, or auto-refill programs:
- Billing stops at the next cycle after cancellation
- Charges already processed are non-refundable
- Medication already dispensed cannot be returned
To make changes, delay shipments, or adjust your plan, contact us at care@mevohealth.com.
Ineligible for Refund Situations
Refunds cannot be issued for:
- Failure to use the medication
- Changes in personal preference
- Weight loss or health outcomes not meeting expectations
- Incorrect information provided during intake
- Packages delayed due to carrier issues or weather
- Prescriptions denied by the healthcare provider
